I ordered these for my son who runs cross country/track. I had no idea if they would work for him or not, but with Zappos great service I knew if they did not, I would be able to return and try another shoe. My son is partial to New Balance, and had a pair that he loved that had just worn out. We could not find the shoe anywhere, so we took a chance on these. According to my son, these are the best ones yet. They are very light and have good arch support and cushion.

Zappos ROCKS. Shoes were here before I could believe it and they fit. Last time they didn't fit Zappos was just as fast at return and exchange. Amazing service. I wish every purchase came with service like that. Adam

Blindingly silver!
Husband says the shoes are comfy, but we're returning them because of the excessive amount of silver trim (I ordered them in black/white). Somehow, I just didn't notice that in the picture.

I was searching for a replacement for a New Balance shoe very similar to this one, but no longer made. I have 4E width feet, and these come in that width. They were comfortable right out of the box, with the exception of the right shoe slipping up and down on my heel. I re-laced the right shoe using the last hole, closest to my ankle. That seemed to help. The left shoe fits my foot like a glove. Because I had already ordered and returned 3 other shoes, and even went to a local specialty sports store hunting for the perfect running shoe, I did not want to return these. I like the lumpy shoelaces that keep the shoes from coming untied. Overall, I am very happy with these shoes, and they were cheaper than the pair the sports store wanted to sell me.

Without a doubt, these are the most comfortable I have ever owned. I have been using New Balance tennis for twenty years. After reading another review, I ordered and soon ordered another pair so I could alternate. They fit well and are very light. I have recommended to others as well.

I am not a runner, so let us make that clear off the jump. I bought these shoes as a "conservative" option to wear out and to the office (we have a casual dress policy). For the most part these are very comfortable, I typically wear Nike Air Max or Shox, and in my opinion they are not quite as cushioned as these, but they are a different animal I suppose. Styling is okay, nothing edgy, but not vanilla either. I would recommend these to anyone who is looking for the running shoes to wear casually.

I bought these shoes for my 17 year old son and he loves them. He's usually gets skate board shoes but needed something for PE. He loves these! They fit well and look great! No complaints here.

I went with the 758 after finding the 800 series was discontinued. I figured I would have a year or so of trying different sneakers with little luck. I started with the 737 and I found them to be really flat with little support and even less response. Then I tried the 758s and after my 1st 6 miles I was pleased; after 40 miles I was hooked. I still can't believe they feel better than my 826's, go figure. They are about the same weight but the 758s seem to be just a little more responsive with good support. I am a neutral runner at 180 lbs with a wide foot and these are working out very well for me. I would say the 758 is a good replacement for the 826.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
