Gorgeous but big! When it comes to shoes, I am a normal size 7.5 with a little bit of a narrow heel. These shoes look so cute, shinier in person than on screen, but they are longer than I thought! I have a little heel slip in one and can definitely put a whole thumb between my longest toe and the tip of the shoe, boo! The bottoms are okay (I've had comfier, but there is definitely some padding in there). Still, I love the look and I'll be exchanging it for a 1/2 size down to see if that works.

 |  | My first experience with Zappos.com was during the winter a few years ago when I needed a pair of silver sandals to wear during the holidays. I saw Zappos.com advertised at the airport and thought to see what they were about. The rest is history. During that search for sandals I had as many as nine pairs here to try. They came the day after I ordered them via FedEx and those I didn't choose (I ended up with two pairs) I put back in the box, taped it shut, attached the prepared return label they had enclosed with the shipment, and dropped them off at the packaging store that same day. They were gone almost as easily as walking away from a pile of tried on rejects in the department store! Since then I use them more than 70% of the time when I am shoe shopping. There really isn't anything quite like trying on shoes with the clothes in my closet as well as trying for fit and comfort. It's an ideal way to buy shoes and I highly recommend it!
