After receiving these shoes I was a little disappointed that the sizing didn\'t work because they are such cute shoes. Many reviewers suggested ordering a half-size up, which I did, but unfortunately for my case they ended up being too big. And Zappos is out of stock in the walnut color size 7 1/2. I would definitely buy them again if they re-stock the size I need.

Cute, but not comfy! I bought these in the tan/camel color and they are super cute with jeans or work slacks. But they are not comfy at all! I walk out of them constantly and the pointed toe has no give.

These shoes have been a pleasant surprise. When I first got them (in an 8, already half a size bigger than usual) I was concerned that they might still be too small. After wearing them a few times, they've broken in quite nicely and are very comfortable. These shoes are adorable and I'm very glad I decided to get them. The walnut color is much less pink in person than it looks in the picture, which makes them a nice neutral.

These shoes are adorable. I was a little worried about whether they would be true black because the picture looked more grayish, but they are adorable black flats. The toe is pointy, but not too much. It's a great complement to my collection of round-toed flats / ballet flats. The point makes the shoe look a little bit more dressy. They weren't hard to break in at all. I wore them all day the first day with no problem; just felt a little bit tight, but not painful in any way. I bought my usual size and they fit fine.

This shoe is great! I usually wear an 8.5, but will have to go to a 9 in this shoe, as the 8.5 is a bit tight around the toe box. Zappos has amazing customer service, and provided an exchange at no cost, and even upgraded my shipping to next day air. Thank you Zappos!

Cute, but stiff and narrow. Adorable shoe, but the stiffest leather I've encountered in a shoe in a long time. Felt narrow, but I do have a wide foot. I think if your foot is wide or even average, the part just below the bow may slice into the sides of the 'bridge' of your foot the way it did for me.

This shoe is fabulous. The perfect neutral color (I bought walnut). It is true to size and very comfortable. I liked this shoe so much, I just bought another BCBGirls style and hope it\'s as good.

I ordered these shoes in black yesterday morning. Zappos upgraded the shipping and they arrived about 24 yrs. later. Thank you, Zappos! As always, you folks are GREAT! I've been looking for dressy, black flats with a pointed toe. The last pair I bought I looked for for two years. A few days ago I was shopping and happened to find these shoes at Macy's. I tried them on and found that my normal 8 1/2 seemed a little tight in the toe. The shoe started going into its pointed toe before my feet do. The store didn't have a size 9 so, naturally I thought of Zappos. I ordered the 9 and I believe it's going to work perfectly. The detail on the shoe is darling and the inside is cushioned better than my last flats. I hope that BCB Girls brings this shoe out in many wonderful colors. Again, the reason I'm marking the shoe "Felt a half size smaller" is because I needed a little extra space in the pointy toe. I may have to use band-aids until I get them broken in, but I think they are going to be great!

This is a super cute shoe! I ordered the tan. It fits true to size and is surprisingly not uncomfortable.

But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates.
