I was very pleased with Zappos. I ordered my shoes, and 3 days later they were at my door - basically effortless! The Born Kelseys are great; I wear them everywhere with everything.

I ordered these shoes early Monday morning and got them Friday afternoon. At first, I was really disappointed when I opened the box. I ordered the vintage silver, but they looked basically black. When I saw them in the light, though, they look more like a gunmetal gray with a purplish hue. I ordered half a size up because I wanted to be able to wear these with or without socks. They are more comfy than most ballet flats, and I think I do like the color after all. It\'s just darker than I first expected.

I love these shoes. They are appropriate and stylish for work or the weekend. Most importantly, they are VERY comfortable. I can easily walk about a mile to the train every day.

I love these shoes, they are so comfortable. I purchased the silver ones first (which aren't really silver but more of a pinky bronze, just like the photo) and because they were so comfortable, I went back and ordered a black pair. They do run a bit small, though. I usually wear an 8.5 flat, but I purchased a size 9 based on another review, and they fit well.

I have tried on several pairs of ballet style shoes and couldn’t find any I really liked until the Born Kelsey. These shoes fit great and are really comfortable. They look super cute with blue jeans, too. I did have to exchange them for a half size smaller, which seems to be the norm with most ballet style shoes if you don’t want them slipping when you walk. If you’re in between sizes, go with the smaller one.

Love this patent leather Mary jane flat. Seems to fit well with moderate cushioning. I am on my feet a lot and I have very tender feet. I could do an evening with them on and feel great. I don't think I'd do a marathon in them. They are great with jeans, skirts, slacks etc.

A great shoe once you break it in. While breaking it in, don\'t just stand in one place, be moving around. Once they\'re broken in, you can leave them on all day and forget you\'re even wearing shoes. Super cute too! I got the plaid and they\'re great. Now that they\'re broken in I can even wear them without socks without a single problem.

Love this shoe. I am a merchandiser and on my feet most of the day. I bought this shoe in the silver, not only is it cute, it is so comfortable. I wish it came in more colors.

Couldn\'t believe how comfortable they are! I\r\nhave great difficulty finding shoes that are flat AND dressy. The elastic bands help from sliding\r\ninto the narrower toe space. I have good luck with the BORN brand which my doctor recommended after foot surgeries. I have several pairs of their laceups. I think these would be a welcome addition to anyone\'s closet.

No break in at all for these comfy shoes. I have worn them with tights and skirts or even jeans. And have had many comliments! Love them.

The shoes are a nice modern twist on the ballet flat; love the patent leather! One of the shoes cuts in a bit on the top of my foot, but I suspect that is unique to my foot than the shoe. Love Zappos quality and service. (I would recommend trying similar brand on in a department store to verify your size in any given brand if possible.)

This shoe is very comfortable, and looks great. The best part is that it goes with so many things (silver metallic), and is also versatile for different occassions even though it is flat. I wear a 7 1/2 and it fits fine but my toes do touch the front. I think if I were buying the patent leather with a little less give, I would buy the 8.

I bought this pair in the plaid and love them. They have decent arch support and the thick strap across the top of the foot is very comfortable, not too tight.

This is a comfortable flat. I got it in red, and I love the color. It adds a little pop to those jeans outfits, but I have found it best with skinny/straight leg as boot cut sort of looked odd with the elastic. There is no arch support to speak of but it is still comfortable for casual days.

This shoe is very very comfortable! It is cute and can be worn all day without socks. I would love to get more colors. The strap on the top helps it stay on, but it isn't tight at all. I got the metallic gray, which looks a little purplish in the light, but goes with everything!

Fabulous shoe! True to size. Elastic band ensures comfortable fit and looks stylish, too. I bought the burnished purplish color leather and love it. These are "go to" shoes.

A perfectly delightful shoe, a ballet flat with a twist if you will. I got the dark metallic purple & it fits like a dream. Love the little bit of extra support from the wide elastic strap. A nice change from those flats that curl up when you take them off.

These are keepers. Very soft and comfortable. Cute with both pants and skirts. I ordered a half size up (9 instead of 8.5) because I\'d read that Borns run short. Very glad I did. My foot runs to the wide side but these did not pinch at all, like so many flats do.

This is a super cute shoe! Very comfy and offers a fuller coverage of the toes than many flats these days, so great for fall. Perfect with skinny jeans or tights/skirt. Zappo, how I love th'e. I dont know how they did it, but I ordered late Wed night and received my shoes Thurs morning! Instant gratification! Put them on straight out of box, and worked an 11 hr day, no break-in needed.

This is the most comfortable shoe I own. They do not cut into your toe joint, nor do they give you 'toe cleavage'. I have found that Born sizes are very inconsistent, but these shoes are true to their marked size.

These are great! The second I put them on I felt like my feet were in slippers! Great arch support. I have a narrow foot and these were fine. Leather feels soft, so would likely accommodate a wider foot.

These shoes are so comfy like your wearing house slippers. Actually they should have been called Born TEMPUR-PEDIC. They are true to size, easy on easy off.I got the grey plaid their cute they go with alot. really a refreshing change from black shoes. Im obsessed with black shoes. But I need to buy other colors once in a while. So give your feet a treat.

I love them, but they jack with my heel and my pinky toes. They are wonderful looking and go with everything. I wore them all through a tour of Spain a couple weeks ago. Had to stop and buy band aids. Get them! Just get band aids too. I bet if I wanted to return them and get 8.5's (which I have never worn) Zappos would let me. Love Zappos, by the way.
