I originally purchased this shoe in my regular size, but once I had received it I found it to run a 1/2 size short. It is a typical Born shoe: excellent style combined with the comfort you would expect. I am extremely pleased with the look, and the the feel of this flat.

Super cute, but they run very narrow. I have a narrow foot, but this shoe was too narrow for me even. I would recommend buying a full size up at least.

Much narrower than my other pair of Borns, and the square toe did not fit my slightly wider foot well at all. A very cute and trendy flat with incredibly soft leather, great detailing, and Born quality, but just didn't fit me right! I will keep trying with other Borns.

This shoe is very cute and looks great with jeans, but it instantly wore a blister on my heel. I was disappointed because not only had I purchased this shoe in the shiny navy blue, but also in black. I didn't want to return them because I did like them and they were otherwise comfortable, so I put in a heel liner and that seems to have worked. They are such a contrast to the normal Born shoe. They are sleek, not clunky like most of their shoes. So, unless you want to make a few modifications to make them comfortable, I wouldn't recommend you purchase them.

 |  | I just want to say that both my daughter's family and I think you are wonderful, and have been loyal customers for some years now. It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
