Please keep in mind that these boots are NOT water or weatherproof. I wore them today for the first time in snow (not much, just 3") and my feet got soaking wet and cold. If you live in an area that snow or heavy rains are not a factor then these boots are comfy and cozy but if you expect them to protect you from real winter conditions buy something else.

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
