These right here are some good boots.
I got them overnight and they fit just right. I had to order down .5 a size because they run a bit big. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good boots.

Fat Calf -
I love everything about these boots except they are very tight around the calf. I have trouble getting into them, but once I'm in, the feet feel fine. I thought about returning them but I really wanted this to work out. I'm hoping they stretch out a little over time.

My husband loves these boots & they broke in quickly. Bought a 12 and they fit him well, but after a few times of wearing them he said he wished we had ordered a 12 wide.

5 Star Boots -
I recently purchased the Frye Harness 12R in "Earth"(my favorite) and in "Black"(for work). I cut off the harness on the black pair to dress them up a bit. Although the website is nice, the pictures do not show the true beauty of these boots. As for service, Zappos is 5 stars. Other companies should take heed of their shipping because nothing else compares. If you intend to add insoles to these boots I strongly recommend you to purchase a size larger because the insoles will cause major crowding. This is very important for someone on their feet 8 to 12 hours a day. Excellent boots. Excellent service. Thank you Zappos!

If you're looking for a harness boot, this is it. When it comes to motorcycle boots, I’ve always been a Chippewa man (Engineer style). I decided to give the Frye Engineer a go once, but it didn't compare to my Chippewas. With that in mind, I ordered Chippewa’s Harness boot and sadly wasn't impressed. Reading the reviews on the Frye Harness, I gave in and the only mistake I made was waiting to do it. While Chippewas rule the world of the Engineer boot, Frye dominates the Harness world. The fit is perfect and the pictures don't do it justice at all! Do yourself a favor, save the time and trouble and spend that little extra and get the best Harness boot out there. I can't wait to break them in and give them some character! Thanks Zappos for another prompt delivery and service that cannot be beat!

The first pair of these boots I ordered had problems with the heels falling off, I got the next pair ( Fast as always ) and wow these are a whole lot better quality, heels are on right and the boots still fit perfect and trust me they look a Whole lot better than the picture, great boots! Thanks Zappos for your fast shipping and GREAT customer service. I will shop again very soon.

What happened?
I ordered these boots because of past reviews about the Frye craftsmanship. So I bought a pair of these great looking boots, fit perfect, BUT the heels were falling of the boot. Left boot the heel was half falling off and the other boot the heel had a 1/4 inch gap. Well let's see how this next pair works out.

These boots right out of the box require no "break in" period. They are extremely comfortable and strongly recommended. They are also in my opinion, a great looking boot.

I've been wearing this boots for about 18mos now-- at least 3 times a week. This pair is comfortable and made in USA with real leather. I've wore other brand of boots before and this is on my list of one the best craftsmanship.

Good Boot, Great Service -
I ordered a pair of Chippewa boots first and even though they were very well made they were too heavy.
And the pull tab was not sewn properly.
I returned them and ordered Frye. Comfortable right out of the box fit great, look great. I wore them all day the first day and very comfortable. Frye makes good boots and Zappos service is outstanding.

Classic Frye boot -
I absolutely love Zappos.com.
I looked everywhere for classic Frye boots. It is impossible to find boots in the summer. I found exactly what I was looking for. They were for my son’s birthday and he is very picky. I ordered them the afternoon before his birthday and they arrived the next morning. He was thrilled with them and they fit perfectly.

Accept no substitute!
I normally wear a 10.5 but got 11 wide since they are a 'slip on' boot, plus a little more room for socks; during summer months I go sock-less and they feel great. I have only seen a few people rocking these so there is a bit of reaction from the public with these boots which has never happened to me with any other style of foot wear.
I would suggest not to go hiking in them as I did once last summer; my knees killed afterwards which is unusual for me.
I have had these for a year now and can say they are pretty comfortable and look great. I clean them once in a while with neatsfoot oil and that keeps 'em just fine.
If you can't take bad/hardcore vibes from people then these boots aren't for you since they are traditionally a bike's boot.

Frye Harness 12R boots except no substitute!
I normally wear a size 8 in just about everything and I have a slightly narrow foot. I have read a lot of reviews and debated ordering a half size smaller, but choose not to and I am glad I didn't. Because when they arrived they had the traditional half inch of slide in the heel, but then after I broke them in forming a crease across the top of the boot where my toes bend they no longer have the slip in the heel and feel great.
Also, I first ordered a pair of Chippewa boots (good quality boot and darker than Fryes) from another web site (don't do it). I was trying to save a little money, because Fryes are fairly expensive. They took twice as long to arrive than from Zappos and when I discovered that Chippewas do run a half size larger I had to return them and pay for the return shipping myself. I have still not received my money back for them.
So the moral of this story is get what you want and get it from Zappos! It might cost a little more, but you'll get it faster and if you do make a mistake you can send them back fast and with no charge!

The boot was just what I was looking for. When they arrived 2 days later they fit perfect. The price was fair and I don't think I could get any better service.

About a month.
I really like these boots, but I have never owned any other boots. They have held up really well so far, and are really comfortable. I will try to give an update after a little more use.

Just received my second pair of Frye’s! I just bought the Gaucho color a week earlier and I had the same reaction, this boot is amazing, Comfort, Style simply cannot be beat. A little tight getting into depending on your sock you decide to wear, but I feel the boot is comfortable right out of the box and will be even better when broken in Great with Jeans and while riding the bike! Quality is top notch and you will be very happy, I was so pleased after I purchased the gaucho color; I felt I needed to have them in Black and I was right they are just perfect...
Zappos has been great, slight confusion with the pair they sent but they quickly exchanged them and I received the boots the following day! Zappos is a Wow company only delivering amazing customer service 1 click or phone call at a time. Now that I discovered Zappos I will never by shoes at a store again... Thanks Zappos!!

Fashionable winter wear -
The toe has a nice squared look that is not too sharp. It gives the boot a nice clean look. It's easy to maintain and will go with pretty much anything. You can wear it with jeans or with dress pants for a nice dressed down formal look. Very versatile and comfortable. One of the best purchases made. The boot will also give you some height.
