This's simply the most comfortable line of pumps that I've ever owned. I was a devoted follower of Ferragamo for over 2 decades, but I later discovered that the Delman Belle-c also fit me. Am a perfect 8.5B and I think the size run is right on with no more than +/- 1/4 size difference. But I usually need a half insole to keep them on my feet after about 3 months wearing. The rounded toe is perfect for everyday use and the cushioned lining certainly designed for prolonged standing. Being a divorce lawyer with regular court cases, this will be my basic requirement. The shoes just hug nicely around my toes and my standard B heels. Being British and having longer toes and high arch, I do observe a degree of 'toe cleavage' and exposed instep after prolonged wear. One minor complaint is that the leather got stretched out very soon while the vamps split only after 8 to 9 months without wearing nylon (in AZ or FL summer anyway). I guess that's the high cost of comfort. I am having four black and one silver in my closet and I suppose I'll keep replacing them as they wear out. My daughter just graduated this September and she is 'borrowing' my new pair for her first job. Ironically, I discovered this Hana Air only since last August when the heel of my other shoes broke off on the evening of my late husband's wake. I was driving around Phoenix downtown for an hour to find a store that still opened at 10.30. The funeral was by no means enjoyable, but my Hana Air kept me on my feet throughout the services. I only wore this first pair to court a few times but I ended up putting them on retirement in this past August for sentimental reason. Highly recommended.

Fabulous shoes that are both elegant and comfortable. The width is narrow but, unfortunately, not as narrow as a Ferragamo or a Weitzman.

This is a beautiful shoe. I ordered in a 9.5 AA and it fits true to size. Sadly, I had to return because it is not really a "dark chocolate" as named by Cole Haan, but is more of a true brown color. I have dark brown pants and had to go with a different designer to get a truly dark brown color. Would love to repurchase in black, however, to go with skirts and slacks. Feels great on; classic and comfortable.

This shoe is very comfortable. Like all Cole Haan air pumps, I need to go up 0.5 size for some reason. Following that, it fits perfectly. A nice medium heel for daytime wear! Very cute, classic shaped toe and heel.

I was disappointed. Normally, I\'m an 8M in Cole Haan, but these felt a half size too big. And then there was the "toe cleavage." I don\'t think I\'ll order the 7.5 because they also rubbed around my instep and the smaller size won\'t improve matters.

Most comfortable pair of heels ever -
I fell in love with a style of Marc by Marc Jacobs heels that is no longer available. I literally wore them to pieces while searching for a replacement. I finally found it! These shoes were instantly comfortable. The toe comes to a smooth point at the end, but there is plenty of room in the toe area. I didn't think they would fit when I looked at them, but they are perfect. I have never been able to wear even moderately pointy shoes before, and these feel great. I bought a black pair at another store and immediately came to Zappos to buy another pair in black and a pair in brown. If I could justify the expense, I'd buy a pair in silver too! I hope they keep this style around for a long time.

 |  | Didn’t know where to send a note to the full staff so I’m putting it here. I haven’t shopped Zappos for a few years (how many Birkies can one gal wear at a time)! I’ve hunted and hunted for boots. Not much call for tall boots in the Phoenix area, but the styles changed this year so I wanted to get with it. I hate going to stores so I tried the internet, thought I found gold, but ended up returning because they were too loose or too tall or too short. The light bulb went off and I came back to Zappos and they had calf and height measurements listed - what a brilliant idea!!! I found black suede and grey leather and I had them at my front door a day later! How much better could it get: both pairs fit!!! Please post this for all employees so they can know their efforts are very much appreciated... you all could teach the rest of the corporate world how it should be done.
