These are for my daughter who plays high school basketball. She finds them very comfortable and likes the look. She needs an athletic insole in her shoes so she needed a 1/2 size larger. Nice shoes.

I couldn't find my daughter's sneaker size in any retail store in the style she liked and I found it at Zappos no problem. The sneakers fit fine and she played great in them at a basketball tryout. The price was good and shipping fast. I had a great experience with Zappos.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
