The service I got from Zappos was incredible! The Fitzwell shoe was just what my husband needed to begin walking after a prolonged stay in the hospital. I spoke to a representative at Zappos at 5:oo am in the morning who took time to help me with my order...and making sure I received the order ASAP!....It was shipped out and I received it the following day! The shoe fit perfectly and the quality was excellent!\r\n\r\nI also received an exquisite floral arraingment from Zappos with a get well card for my husband....truly unbelievable! \r\n\r\nThank you Zappos "you\'ve made me a believer!" I recommend your company highly! 5 stars for customer service!\r\n\r\n

Nice looking sneakers. They have a good flat sole. Downside is that there is little to no arch support. They do accommodate orthotics well.

AWESOME SHOE!!!
As a pizza delivery driver, I wear the heck out of my shoes running in and out of dominoes picking up piping hot pizzas--These shoes have proven to be indestructible. The only thing I have had to do to them is hose them off occasionally because flour and pizza sauce gets thrown on them every night. As an aside-If you plan to wear these around water, I would recommend bringing some duct tape because water seems to creep through the sole. To prevent this, just line the bottom of the shoe with duct tape or roofing tar, and your back on track. I love Zappos!!

Outstanding -
I've never worn a more comfortable shoe. They are not as stylish as the brown oxfords I've been wearing out on my weekend city walking but they are a far more sensible shoe for this.
But they don't come up short on appearance. When I compared these shoes to what was available at local stores, these looked way better!
