Too bad they were too narrow -
Great looking well made shoe. I have a wide foot and these were too narrow and too long. I am considering trying a smaller size, I had a 10.5 and they were at least 1.5 inches too long in the toe box.

Not only did my purchases arrive within a day, when I thought it would take four to five, the ease with which returns are possible (the larger tote made me look like an elf so I downsized) guarantee I will be shopping with you again! As I said in my original e-mail, I have only worn the boots several times, but I have had countless people ask where I got them and have directed them your way. Yesterday the lady that checked me out at a store could not stop talking about my bag and when I told her where and how I got it she asked for the website and I promptly wrote it down for her.
