Very comfortable, with a normal/narrow heel and wide forefoot. Cushioning is ample and provides a very comfortable ride even on longer (10+mile) runs.

Love these running shoes! I have just started running, and I needed a good shoe to keep me going. The fit is just right, not too narrow, and the soles have just a touch of bounce to keep me going too. Love this shoe and will probably buy it again after this pair wears out. I preferred a different color, but they were out of stock in my size.

Supernova Sequence 2 W -
I slightly underpronate, yet have almost flat feet and bunions. These shoes have just the right amount of support and don't bother the bunions. The silver/grey color combo is very nice, not too shiny. I must have ordered a half a dozen other shoes before finding this one - lucky for me Zappos is so great about shipping and returns! Oh, if you feel a hard lump in the shoe, take out the insole and see if the cover for the miCoach or whatever that is compartment came loose.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
