I typically do not order shoes online. I was looking for a new pair of riding boots and had some difficulty finding any I was crazy about. My wife shops on Zappos and convinced me to at least take a look. She said the customer service is really good and I could return them easily if I was not satisfied. I found some that looked cool and decided to take a chance. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was and how quickly they arrived. The boots are awesome and nobody else has them in my group of buddies. They are all jealous. Thanks for a great experience.

 |  | Wow. I placed an order online in Seattle yesterday at 2pm and this morning before I finished my first cup of coffee a UPS guy was standing in front of me with my shoes. I was going to ask if he had a shoehorn and could put my shoes on, because it was almost like being in a shoe store it was so fast. And best of all, it was free shipping. I feel like leaving you guys a tip or something. But I’ll tell you what, 3 other people in my office saw what went down and they were all on Zappos today shopping and I know they told a few friends.
