These shoes were perfect for my son. He has a wide foot, so it is sometimes hard to find an extra wide shoe that is also stylish and comfortable for him. We ended up buying the brown version. The shoe has plenty of room in the width for him, ad he seems to really enjoy them. The quality of the shoe seems very good, and I fully expect that he will grow out of the shoe long before he ever wears them out. I would highly suggest it for anyone looking for a wide comfortable shoe that looks stylish.

My son has these in brown. We love them. They're so versatile and extremely well made. We wore them in the pool at at hotel last week and after drying, they still looked as good as new. I don't think you can say that with all &"washable" shoes.

Very cute, and as always with Stride Rite, a great fit. These shoes have plenty of padding around the ankle to make each step comfortable. They are also a bit more dressy looking since they have a more neutral color palate, white with a hint of navy and then the grey suede on the toe. They do wash well in the washing machine also. Perfect for my active 18 month old!

I bought these shoes for my little guy's first birthday. He has wide feet with a high arch, so the extra wide was a must. He loves these shoes. When he was first learning to walk, these were the only shoes he could walk in. They are lightweight and he likes to wear them. He's been through many mud puddles now, and it's so great to throw them in the washer.

Cute for baby!
This shoe is great, my son loves wearing it and the double velcro makes it harder for him to take them off! They are easy for him to walk in and protect his feet while he is outside playing. Highly recommend this brand!

Best shoes for my 2 year and half old boy!!
Because my boy has very wide and cubby feet, I used to buy "See Kai Run" shoes for him. My friend recommended "Stride Rite" shoes. I don't like Stride Rite so much since most of them don't look that cute. Until I found this pair of brown shoes, wow~ it is adorable and my boy loves it!!! This is the only one pair of shoes he didn't take off after I put them on.

Comfy, comfy, comfy...
Great shoe. Very well made and worth the money! My 1 1/2 yr. old has wide feet and is a bit pigeon toed. This shoe is perfect. When he outgrew them I purchased him a pair of Buster Brown shoes and a pair of New Balance shoes, both in wide width. He did not like either; he would take them off and would rather wear his old shoes. We ended up taking both pair back and buying another pair in a bigger size. He loves em.

Great shoe!
I have a 15 month old son with huge feet. He's been walking since 11 months, but I was still concerned about getting a shoe that was too stiff for his early walking. These shoes have a very good fit, are wide enough, and quite flexible to help his motion. And they're really cute too!

Great shoe for wide feet -
I have to admit I'm not a huge fan of stride Rite only because they don't have any really cute/cool choices, but my son has very wide feet and they are really the only shoes fit well on him. This is a very cute shoe. Fits nice on my son's little wide feet. He was so excited to put them on when we opened the box. No complaints here. Easy on and off especially in a hurry.

I've ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos for my grandson, and have been very pleased with each pair! I ordered this shoe for him, and he put it on right away, it's a little big, but that's okay, I really love the shoe. It's impossible to find a good shoe in wide width for him, but fortunately Zappos carries wide width, as well as, Stride Rite brand shoes. Thank you Zappos!

Great For Kids With Wide Feet!
My son has VERY wide feet. This sneaker comes in a double-wide and the velcro straps work out really great for adjusting to his high instep. I have had a hard time finding my son shoes that fit right because of his wide feet - however, this sneaker worked! I definitely recommend it.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
