Love these boots! True to size; if your looking for western style that is cute, comfortable and a good price, these are the boots for you. I love them so much I got black and (brown) I call tan. Zappos is the best!

Shoe Size: Felt a half size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support

These boots are just cut wrong!!!! I LOVED these boots and didn't want to send them back, but they just didn't fit. I have narrow feet (AA)and the toes got pointed too fast. Nothing I could do could fix that! I even ordered special insoles trying to make them fit, but I could not. Great style, bad cut.

	Yesterday at 5pm, I ordered a couple of items and just checked my account and they will be delivered to me tomorrow! How awesome is that!!! Most companies don't even process orders on the weekend much less ship them out for Monday delivery!!! Zappos is the best! Rick
