	Dear Zappos.com, Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!! I just wanted to take a moment to let you know how much I appreciate your company and your excellent customer service. I have 4 little boys under the age of 7. Going to the store to buy shoes for all of them is one of my least favorite things to do (next to grocery shopping with them). You have made the experience not only painless but pleasant! Now we pick out our shoes online and sit and wait for the truck to bring them the next day. The boys actually sit on the porch and cheer when the delivery truck pulls up. You have not disappointed us yet with your next day delivery.
