I thoroughly recommend Zappos for anyone wanting to deal with a very professional, yet extremely helpful and friendly company. I had A1 service and the staff bent over backwards to assist me with a return (being that they were a bit too small). I had a replacement sent tome overnight. Thank you for all your wonderful help and making me feel comfortable in being able to make a return and replacement with the minimum of fuss and so fast. Best wishes to you all.

My granddaughter was thrilled with her Heelys. They were a perfect fit, and she loved the flower design on the sides. I can always count on Zappos to make a quick, efficient delivery, and you didn't disappoint. Keep up the good customer satisfaction aspect and I'll keep coming back!

These shoes are great but RUN SMALL!! Size up, once maybe twice even. Well made, quality, comfortable. We got these for my daughter for her 7th birthday and she was wheeling around in no time. She hasn’t taken them off. Changing wheels to blanks is easy and quick. Love them. But seriously, SIZE UP.

The little girl shoe for the big girl -
I ordered this shoe thinking it would be great fun when walking my dogs. Unfortunately there aren't enough reviews from adults so I didn't get a good sense for them. They would be really fun and amazing if my walk wasn't on paths that had divots. It is very difficult to use them when you don't have a very smooth surface to walk on. The idea is awesome but if I'm playing with the skate then they are VERY Uncomfortable. I got a size larger than I am and they are a little big but that is better than being small. The pink shoelaces are a bit much I'd pick a black or solid white pair next time. I'm glad I could try them and maybe I'll get used to the divots. :0)

A kid's dream -
My daughter LOVES these shoes. It's a very sassy style that's fun to jet around the house and outside in. I found them a bit difficult to size, but the Zappos folks were a huge help! They fit snug and run small. Overall, this is a fun shoe.

Sweet looking girly Heelys -
I got these for my daughter for Christmas. She has decided she is "Heely"-challenged, but loves the shoe so much she pulled the wheels out and wears them anyway. Really cute shoe in white.

Fabulous fun for a kid!!!
My daughter received these for Xmas and has hardly taken them off!! They are well constructed, cool-looking, and work as shoes as well.

My daughter has been asking for these for a while, so I figured I'd break down and get them for her. It says to buy them a size bigger, but in doing so they were actually a little too big for my taste. If your child doesn't know how to "heel" it can be a little frustrating when they start, but all in all a very good deal!

I'm happy with this shoe -
This is my daughter's second pair of Heelys as she has outgrown her first pair. These are nice-looking and comfortable shoes. The quality seems fine, although I always prefer real leather shoes. Definitely love Zappos and buy from this site whenever I can!

My daughter loves them!!! Zappos recommended that we should order the shoe one size larger than what my daughter would typically wear. We did and they fit perfectly. So, the first question on the survey was marked as "felt a full size smaller", but Zappos gave us the heads up and it was not a problem. My daughter loves the color and design.

I was very pleased with the quality of the Heelys and my children just love them. I thought they may be heavy, they were not. We have no complaints. I ordered a size larger after reading reviews on the other Heelys, and I am glad I did, they fit just as they should have. The very fast delivery was nice. No waiting for weeks for delivery. I ordered them on Friday after 11 p.m. and they were delivered on Monday. Wow, that was fast. I will order again from Zappos. I was impressed with the service from the email confirmation to delivery. I even thought about ordering myself a pair of these.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you to all of you for being such a wonderful company. I have ordered from you several times in the past and have always enjoyed your wide selection, fast shipping, and easy return policy. However, while these are great attributes of a company, they don't usually inspire me to write feedback emails raving about the company. About a week ago, I wanted to order a pair of shoes I'd had my eye on for quite some time. I shopped around but, as usual, Zappos.com had the best price (and free shipping!). However, when I tried to order, neither you nor any other website I visited had the shoes in my size. I called your customer service number to find out if they had been discontinued. In my experience, these sort of help lines rarely produce any sort of useful information, so I don't usually expect a whole lot from them. I called at around 5:30am Eastern Time, and was thrilled someone actually answered the phone that early in the morning! That would have been enough to make me a happy customer, however in true Zappos.com form, my experience exceeded expectations. Not only was the representative friendly and helpful, he took time to check your inventory and find out if the shoes had been discontinued. Then, he checked out other websites to find out if they had the shoes in my size! After several minutes of searching, he was able to find one website with one remaining pair in my size. However, at that point I was so impressed with Zappos.com that there was no chance of me ordering those shoes from any other website! So thank you to Zappos.com and that customer service representative, whoever he is, for such stellar customer service! Keep up the great work!
