Shoe Arch: Moderate arch support
These are great looking, well-made, good quality shoes. The insole is well padded, but the rest of the boot really doesn't offer much padding or support. And they're extremely light! They do run a bit small, so start with at least a 1/2 size up. By the way, Zappos customer service is without equal in the on-line clothing and shoe market!
