I bought this bag to use for school. I'm a full time grad student and generally have to bring all of my books and a laptop each day. Unfortunately, this bag has not worked out for me. Although it is quite large, which is a plus, the bag itself is somewhat heavy, adding to the overall weight of the load I carry each day. Not sure that this will work out as a carry-on or travel bag, but we'll see. I have bought several timbuk2 bags and have been very happy, just not quite sure what to do this one.

I love this bag so much I bought it in 2 different colors. Excellent travel bag. It's durable, well made, well thought out and attractive. It has a large opening so it's easy to access your stuff. Thanks Zappos for carrying this bag and for your outstanding service! I am a satisfied customer.

This was a great purchase. I was looking for a rugged, easy to use carry on for a trip to Guatemala. It was perfectly matched for the task. I was able to easily access my iPod, phone, book, magazine, water bottle and clothing. The shoulder strap was great for carrying.
