Very comfortable and beautiful! I constantly receive compliments on these shoes. I ordered a half size larger and they fit perfectly.

I ordered these shoes in size 11 in navy. They fit me perfectly and they are gorgeous, even though I am a perfect size 9.5 M. But I didn't realize when I ordered them that they are made of fabric instead of leather. The price then became outrageous. I cannot justify having in my closet a pair of fabric shoes at this price. I usually do not pay this much for fabric shoes. If they were leather I would keep them. And I have the perfect leather evening bag to go with them. As other reviewers have stated, you need to order a full size (or size and a half, as in my case) larger than your true size in order for the shoes to fit you, and then that will happen only if your feet are on the skinny side, because they are narrow. If your feet are wide, forget Onex shoes. That is a pity, since the shoes are so beautiful.

Love Onex and get lots of compliments on this shoe. Very comfortable. Low heel, but is still dressy looking. Definitely buy a size larger than normal.

 |  | After placing an order online, I realized that I didn't log into the site with the VIP, but with the regular Zappos.com. I immediately called your 24/7 hot line, and had one of the best customer service agents ever! Not only was she helpful in changing the shipping immediately, I also asked her to help me find similar boots in a different color, and she really tried her best to do so. I want to thank her once again for her kindness, support, and help! It is easy and fast to complain, and very rare to get a compliment! This is definitely a compliment for an excellent rep!
