We were very pleased with the service that Zappos provided when we ordered a backpack. They were very prompt in placing the order and even upgraded our shipping at no cost to us so that we received the backpack just days after ordering it. The JanSport backpack is very stylish, plenty roomy and comfortable to carry. My daughter loves that it is so different from other backpacks.

I love this backpack! I've gotten tons of compliments on how cute it is. It's great to hold my schoolbooks, or my clothes when going to the gym. It's small, but it holds a lot. It's a bit pricey, but worth the money. I've never seen another backpack designed like this one.

I just love the backpack. The colors are great; they came in a little darker than the picture shown. The size was perfect, not too big.
