I LOVE this bag and actually just ordered one for my mom for Mother's day. She'll use hers for different things than I will as I use my bag to carry my laptop and work items; she'll be doing mags and things. It's well constructed, the light was a surprise, I didn't notice it when ordering. The strap size is just right for tucking on the shoulder, a good number of inner pockets and a DEEP outer pocket which is a plus over other bags I have had in the past. I might just order myself another color!

A nod to spring -
(Ref: Striped colors). I'm enjoying this bag and have received several compliments. Its colors are just upbeat enough for a nod to spring (especially here in the Northeast where we don't tend to dress in bright colors), yet with the black shiny patent and cloth accents it coordinates nicely with my black jackets and shoes during this variable weather! It can look sporty or semi-dressy, and it is roomy enough for everything I carry plus extras such as a water bottle and camera. A nice bonus is that the fabric (both inside and out) is somewhat non-porous and spots and spills just wipe off. The four stars is because it is not super comfortable up on my shoulder, especially when I wear something a little bulky, and the handles are a bit hard on the shoulder when I'm wearing something thin. I switch it to my hand or forearm quite a bit - so it won't be a bag I take sightseeing, but it's great for every day errands, etc.

 |  | I just wanted to write in because I have placed many orders in the last couple of months and returned several of the pairs. I am leaving for a trip to Paris in a couple of weeks and I've been searching for the right pair. I've not had much luck, but I wanted to let you guys know that it isn't because I've been unhappy with my shopping experience with Zappos. Quite the opposite actually. Because your customer service and purchasing/returning policy is so great - I just keep coming back. So thank you, for making life easier for those of us who lack the time to run around to the various shoe stores around town. You really make my life easier and give us all one less thing to worry about.
