The last 3 shirts that I bought from Zappos were great in fit and comfort. I was extremely satisfied with them. Also, I have bought at least 3 pairs of shoes from Zappos and was extremely satisfied with them. I even wrote a review on them. I have not had a chance to wear this shirt as of yet, but from experience I am sure that I will be extremely satisfied.

It does not fit well. The shirttail is too short to stay tucked into pants and the shoulders are cut too wide for this size. It is not true to size at all. I did like the fabric and color.

 |  | Dear Zappos Customer Service, You are just great! Thank you for upgrading this order for priority shipping. I also wanted to send a much belated thank you for a service you did for me about a year ago. At the time, my son broke his leg very badly and we needed some "basketball breakaway pants" to put over it so he could go out of the house, as the cast was quite large. We couldn't find them anywhere, but my mother found them on your website. She called to order the pants and when she told you of our situation you sent them immediately on overnight delivery at no charge to us. While that may seem like a small thing to you, it was a HUGE thing to us and we were grateful beyond measure. Thank you for your kindness.
