Very pretty watch -
I wanted a dressy watch to wear to an upcoming formal event---this will do nicely. It's not fine jewelry, but it's pretty (I especially like the mother-of-pearl face) and I've had Anne Klein watches before and trust the quality. It's too big for my wrist but I'm not willing to fuss with removing links, so will wear it loose. I'd like it better if the face were a bit smaller; it's hard to picture how big it is till you see it in person. Overall, another satisfying purchase from Zappos---you are second-to-none in your speed and service!

And I want to thank you for your incredible service (phone, email, all and any contact w/ you) because it is outstanding. The items I bought are of the best quality, and I only had to return 2 items that either did not fit, and the necklace was an unattractive item. I exchanged both items for something else I wanted. Never ever did I have a negative experience with you in all the years I have been your customer. You make all the difference in shopping experiences, and I almost shop exclusively w/ you because of it. Whatever you pay your employees, isn't enough ;o) they are worth their weight in Gold.
