These are the only practical boot out there (with treads) that can be worn with dresses. They are quite roomy, but stiff. I didn't find enough cushioning in them, but there was plenty of room to add a cushioned insole. I'm hopeful they will work quite well.

These boots are very cozy and absolutely adorable. The zipper doesn't go all the way to the bottom, a plus for city walkers!

These boots are terrific. The fit was perfect. I have a very wide foot (12WW) and these are most comfortable. It has been a very rainy autumn in New England and these boots have kept my feet warm and dry! I am ordering a pair for my mother.

Trotters Blast Too is pretty good overall. The side zip makes it easy to get on; the lining feels like it will be warm. The heel height is perfect and doesn't seem to aggravate my back. The only complaints might be that it is a bit wide. While this is good for added socks in the winter, my foot does tend to slide forward. Also, I wish the toe of the boot was a bit more tapered. Am still not totally sure I am keeping them. If I can do something about the sliding forward part, I definitely will. They are a nice boot for the price.

The boots arrived timely, as usual. I immediately tried them on. They have room for the thick socks I anticipate wearing. I like the lining, especially since my husband's idea of a decent winter show is to buy me men's camo lace-ups! The down side is that the weather hasn't been bad enough for wear yet (we dodged a snow storm last week!). They are comfortable, I love the look and the sole. I'll write another review after these boots have been road tested.

Comfortable, warm, good traction for slippery conditions, cute with pants or skirts. A little pricey for not being leather, but then again I've been looking for a couple of years now for a boot similar to the ones I've currently owned for 7 years and these are the closest I've found. Size was perfect; ordered size I typically wear (9).

I bought these boots in black patent. They are very cute, very comfortable boots. Fit is great with lots of wiggle room for my toes. I can wear them with or without socks. It doesn't get that cold in San Diego, but expecting they will keep my feet nice and warm this winter. My only concern is that they are totally man made and I am wondering if they will get smelly after lots of wear. In the meantime, just love wearing them!

Snazzy but will never zip!
Too bad boot manufacturers haven't figured out that when you have a double wide foot you probably have a double wide leg to go with it. This is an attractive boot and for the nanosecond I had it on, I think it would be comfortable. Too bad there's no earthly way the zipper was ever going to go up. Looks like it's another winter of no boot purchases for me! (And yes, this is the same review as for the Propet Oslo - same story!)

I wear an 8.5 Narrow and these boots are not really all that narrow - they fit more like a medium width. However, they will be roomy enough for thicker socks. I don\'t think they will be all that warm, but they are cute and I like the style so I am keeping them.

I LOVE these boots. I have a high arch, wide forefoot and narrow heel - and these boots fit like a charm. They are comfortable and keep my feet warm on the coldest/snowiest days. I have three pair. It’s tough to find good quality (and cute) non-leather/vegan boots, so I am thrilled to have found this brand/style.

These shoes actually fit! I have extremely wide feet, so wide that some WW are too narrow. These boots feel great. Now I\'m ready for football and the rest of winter.

I recieved my Trotters in a very timely manner. I excitedly opened the package and found exactly what I expected to see. The boots are really nice and I love the feel of the soft suede. I haven\'t worn them in the snow yet but I have trudged through two rain storms recently and they held up great! My feet stayed warm and dry, all the while feeling stylish. I would definitely get these boots. Great fit. Exactly like the picture.

I actually got them for the snow. We haven't had any snow since they arrived. They are true to fit, I have a wide foot. Very comfortable. Would recommend to a friend.

Great Look, So-So Comfort -
The Trotters Blast Too boots are so cute. I bought a red pair and found the size true to my usual size 5 foot. But I was sorely (pun intended) in the fit. Talk about lack of comfort! Since returning the cute boots, friends have told me patent leather like the lower half of the boot is very hard to "break in." I was hoping for a good fit, good looks, and comfort. I've gotten the latter two from Uggs, but I wanted a cute boot, which is what attracted me to the Trotters. Now I'm looking into a similar design by Lacosta--which has a soften ankle.

Wonderful...once you get them on -
Once I get these boots on they are incredibly comfortable. I have a wide food and ankle. Normally I wear a wide shoe but had to exchange these for an extra wide size. Due to the construction - side zipper that ends at the top of the foot portion of the boot - I find it more difficult than usual to get them on and off. The internal heel cup becomes compressed under my foot and I have to pull it up over my heel. After a few weeks of wearing the boots they have stretched and shaped to my foot and it has become MUCH easier to get them on. Still I have to allow an extra couple of minutes in the morning. Once they are on, they are incredibly comfortable and so I wear them all day long. They aren't too hot and with pants don't look incredibly clunky. I've received more than one compliment on them. As far as sizing, the feel about a half size large, I ordered my regular shoe size and have extra room at the toe. The pair I have is a little wide for my foot which it should be since I ordered a wider size hoping it would make it easier to get them on and off. We recently had a foot of snow and since have had days with melting and days with single digit temperatures. These boots have functioned well in all scenarios. I have noticed that they don't insulate against the cold very well so I wouldn't recommend them for prolonged exposure to extreme temperatures. For everyday use in an urban environment they function perfectly. They are practical while still being a little bit stylish.

I’m enjoying this boot -
I’ve always had a hard time finding a boot to fit on my foot. I have a high arch and even with a zipper, I can't always get my foot in. these worked out pretty well; I still had to work at it just a little, but not too bad. They feel just a little wide, but I think I should have worn a thicker sock and they would have been fine. I felt they had good traction. I liked the look with my pants and I think they would look okay with a skirt as well. I chose them in brown and I’m pleased with the color...dark enough and doesn't seem as shiny as the black shows on the computer. Overall, I’m really happy to own this boot!

Big foot in Boston -
I wear a size 12 and they were way too big so I returned them for a size 11 and they fit much better. I have got a lot of compliments on them and I really think that this is one great shoe! Thanks to Zappos free shipping, everything went very well.

PERFECT TIMING!
Size 8WW. I ordered these the morning the weather forecaster announced "snow for days" in Seattle. Lucky me that Zappos is so quick, they were at my door the very next day. I was shocked! And very pleased -- great traction in the snow, as comfortable as snow boots can be and did the job. I love them! Thanks for making the snow days more bearable.

They actually fit -
I wear a 10 wide and these are just a tiny bit big. Not a problem because now I can wear my thick socks! They are very warm, fit well, are waterproof, nice heel, easy to get on.

Some minor Quality issues -
Overall the boot looked great and my wife loves the comfort thus far. There were some quality issues with them where the boot is starting to detach itself from the sole with normal use. I plan to use super glue to reattach and keep it from separating. This has worked well on other shoes I've had similar problems with. So I gave the overall rating a 3 average.

Like this boot. Fits over thick socks. There could be cushioning on the bottom for foot comfort. Insoles help. Really do keep my feet dry!

Fancy Red Boots -
I love the look of this boot. However, it fits more like a medium than a narrow. Unfortunately, it seems that shoe manufactures tend to add width as they add length!
