The shoes were absolutely adorable. They were shipped in a timely fashion. Since these were for my 2 year old daughter, I can\'t honestly say if they were comfortable or not, but she didn\'t want us to take them off, so I would say that they were Ok on the comfort side.

My daughter was a flower girl in a formal wedding and wore these shoes. She was adorable and everyone commented about her precious shoes and most importantly, she wore them all night and they were comfortable for her!

Great shoe!
My daughters looked like two dreams in these shoes. Not only are they beautiful, but, according to them, comfortable. My daughters are only 4 so I think if they were feeling pain or discomfort they'd let me know loud and clear. They also loved them; called them their "princess shoes." As long as I can always get an accurate size for my girls, I will continue to shop at Zappos! Now, I'm next!

Beautiful princess shoes -
I gave them 4 stars for "look" because the leather is not of very high quality, but it is leather and for a little girl's shoes, these are great. She’ll beat them up and outgrow them so fast anyway...

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
