Glad I found these. I was set to order a pair of Converse but never sure which size to order. They run big, they run true, etc.. I normally wear size 9 and the high top Pro-Keds fit fine. Mine are all black which I prefer. I haven\'t had these long enough to judge long term quality but certainly appear in line with other similar brands.

Pro Keds Royals are the royalty of the canvas and vulcanized rubber shoe. Let’s be real here. All Stars kick it hard and they are truly classics, but the Pro-Keds are the butter of the class. Also, it seems that a few modern upgrades have been made to improve fit and comfort.

The customer service is the best of any company I've ever worked with. The entire process is painless. If for any reason the order doesn't work out, Zappos is amazing about returns/exchanges, they pay for shipping and their response is fast and accurate. As a mother of 5, accuracy and expediency are vital. Zappos is my silver bullet and I no longer have to even leave the house to take my kids shopping for shoes.
