I first got these boots in brown and they are so comfortable and look so good with whatever I'm wearing, I decided to get all of the colors. So I went and got black and the tan. The black I'm keeping because I can wear them with everything from jeans to dresses. But a warning, the tan does not look the same in person as it does in the picture. It's not really tan, it's very close to the same color as the brown. I'm returning the tan because I figure the brown is pretty much the same exact boot. Otherwise, the boots are awesome!

Not exactly -
These are ok for jeans but if you're looking to show off a boot try the Franco Sarto Carolina. I thought I could use these for a more casual look but the boot is too big around the calves and the shoe part is small and fitted, almost lending itself to a sloppy appearance. They are comfortable. I ordered a 1/2 size up and they fit well, but overall they just didn't do the trick.

AWESOME!
Awesome, Awesome, Awesome boot! The sole of this shoe makes it so comfortable to walk in. If you have to be on your feet all day, this is the boot! I'm so happy with Gabriella Rocha Studio...so far I have purchased 3 different styles from this brand and all three are amazing quality, very comfortable (padded footbeds) and so so stylish! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

Heel is not good quality -
I was very disappointed when I looked at the heel. It is made of a cheap plastic, which sounded hollow. Over all I really liked the look of the boot, but I am concerned that one false step and the heel would crack. :(

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
