Great All-purpose Shoe to Buy! I just got this pair of shoes yesterday. I've only worn about 30 minutes, but already I notice a difference. They offer great support for the heel and the top of the foot (right behind the toes); at least that's where I notice it. It felt like I was walking on air. I wasn't exactly sure what size to get, but since I wear 12 in most athletic shoes, I ordered 12 and they fit perfectly. So, true to size I would say. I ordered these for everyday walking and heavier usage hoping I would get the support I was lacking in my 2-year old Pumas. I'm definitely not disappointed. I wouldn't say they are structured for running, but they are awesome for everything else. If you're thinking about these, they are definitely worth the money. You won't regret it.

Needed a shoe for lifting weights and cardio, mainly bike and a little jogging. Comfy right out of the box. I wear custom orthotics and the insole was easily removable, orthotics fit nicely. Toe box is roomy, perhaps too roomy if your foot runs a bit narrow, but great for me. Overall a nice shoe for the price.
