A little clunky -
These are comfortable and warm. Very cozy. They are a little clunky for a slipper, and I have to kind of curl my toes to keep them on. But I'm pleased. These are the third pair of sheepskin slippers I've tried. Land's End pinched my feet and so did Bearpaw's. I like the wide toe area.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
