Purchased Heelys for my granddaughter of course, I ordered the wrong size. Zappos was great with the return (very easy) I got replacement shoes the following day! The sizes are a little tricky. Order according to suggestions, a size larger. Thanks Zappos, you did a great job with my order. I will purchase from you again and tell my friends how great you are.

My husband and I have five grandchildren. On their last summer vacation visit to Mimi & Papa's we went school clothes shopping. The oldest, Mariah did not want sneakers from the department store. She insisted on a brand called Heely's, of which we had never heard of. Our daughter told us what they were and how to get them through Zappos. It was a very simple and convenient process. I would recommend Zappos and have to all our friends. Thanks Zappos for keeping us old folks hip!

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
