Great basic rain/snow boot -
Got this in nappa, and I love the color. Looks very smart and fashionable even though it's utilitarian, which is exactly what I was looking for. A little on the narrow side. I'm usually a size 5, and I ended up getting the 5.5, which fits comfortably with socks. Good for New York winters, but the boot is a little short for heavy snowfall. Looking forward to wearing it in the rainy months to come!

Great Boots -
These boots are really cute, not big and clunky at all. I do have a problem with the fit. The size for length was exactly my shoe size. However, my feet are very narrow and very flat, and the narrow was still too tight on the instep and vamp area. It's actually cutting off my circulation. So I'll just exchange them for the same size in a medium width. Otherwise, I love them.

Hard to fit -
I ordered 11W. The boots are cute in a funky sort of way. (The patent is VERY shiny) And they look really practical, but I'll never know.
Can't get my foot inside. I have a very high arch/instep and there is no way to get my foot in this boot - even with the zipper.

Nice look, runs very small -
This is a nice looking winter boot but I ordered my normal 7 narrow and it was too short and too tight. I always appreciate how easy Zappos makes it to return items.

Great rain boot -
I ordered a 9 1/2 AA. It felt okay, a little short through the arch, but was long enough and comfortable. I ordered a 10 AA to see if that would be better (sometimes boots fit differently than regular shoes), but it was loose, even when I tried it with inserts, so I kept the 9 1/2 and sent the 10 back. I wear Naturalizers a lot because of the great fit for my narrow, long arched feet. I bought the black boot. I don't live in snow country so this is a perfect, insulated boot for the rain. And Zappos is a great company to deal with. I am constantly amazed at their quick, efficient customer service, their follow-ups, keeping in touch, everything! Keep it up, Zappos!
Other brands recommended by reviewer: New Balance because they have narrow sizes.

 |  | Thank you! I have a grandson whose birthday is November 11th and this will make him a very happy boy! Yes, he does wear size 7 in mens and is only 8 years old. I live in Texas, and with his order going to Michigan, he has to deal with much colder weather, he has a greater need for his comfort in their colder weather. I will be ordering from you for all his clothing needs, but have to confirm, I have a son-in-law who wears size 15 to 15 1/2. I will be shopping for him as well as my daughter who wears women's size 8.
