These boots do not disappoint! They are trendy and comfortable and warm. I have rarely found this combination in a boot. Unfortunately, they run huge, so I returned my 7.5 and ordered a 7 (I have been a perfect size 7.5 for over 20 years, so you will definitely need to size down). But after you do, you'll be very happy. The whole boot is lined with a sheepy fleece that is warm, so you won't need thick socks. They are not huge in the calf, so if your calves are really big, these may be tight (mine are medium, so they are right up to the skin). I even think I won't have tons of 'break-in' blisters (my feet are a mess in new shoes) because these already seem so comfy.

Nice and furry -
They fit great, they look awesome, and they are warmer than the ones I got at the store. Hard to find good looking winter boots at the malls. Great tread and very comfortable to walk in. Little tighter at the calf, feels like it should have more room and I'm skinny.

Wow boots -
I liked these boots from the start. I couldn't find anything in stores so I decided to check online. These look great from top to bottom. They have fur which I like. They are also warm. The bottom of the shoe has good traction and is soft. I love these. Well worth the money I paid. I got the brown ones. And the storage bag was a surprise and is a nice one.

Very cute but calf NOT ADJUSTABLE -
These boots are adorable! But the calf is NOT ADJUSTABLE as the other review says. They are approx. 13" around the calf. Otherwise, these boots are great!

The Diva In Me -
Okay, so...I'm a Diva and this boot is a win-win. I get a fabulous look that's actually comfortable. The inside is lined with thick fleece that keeps my feet warm in the cold NYC weather. It's so stylish - I've received many compliments on them. I purchased the brown (my favorite color) and they are HOT!! Such a great buy, that I'm thinking of buying another pair for future use.

These are quite possibly the BEST boots on the planet! Mad stylish, crazy comfortable, and ADJUSTABLE around the calf!!! The leather is soft and supple... can’t wait to wear these out.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
