Heel Gel Pad Hurts -
I am a perfect 12.5 which is a hard size to find so I was very excited about Fitzwell. Well the fit IS perfect but the Gel heel pad (which does not come out) hurts by heel. The best description I can give is that it creates a burning sensation when I walk in the heel. Awful. Also the leather will require so break-in time, it is pretty stiff.

Not wide boots -
Bought them in hopes to fit my 9.5 wide feet, but the shoes barely fit in after much huffing and puffing. They are NOT wide boots.
