While this is a very good looking and functional shoe (can go with many styles), it is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever owned. I often have to shuffle my weight on my toes so I'm not in pain. Definitely not good to walk in. And I sound like a chick when I'm walking because of the friggen heels clicking, you know. They advertise these shoes with the gel inserts (must be comfortable!), but I have a new theory that if they need these gel things they are not comfortable. Not only that, the gels started leaking and ripping out and I had to remove them completely from the shoes. They're actually more comfortable now. So why do I still wear these shoes, you ask? Well, I am very picky about how my shoes look and I haven't found replacements. Picking style over comfort, maybe I am a chick.

 |  | Zappos Customer Service, You probably hear mostly from people with complaints. I wanted to take a moment to send some positive feedback. Every order I have placed with Zappos has been a good experience. Many times you upgrade the shipping on your own and I have the item overnight (as occurred with an order I placed yesterday - the item is out for delivery already!) I am in business and know that that is not something you have to do; so I just wanted to say thank you. It's little things like that that make a good service a great service.
