While this is a very good looking and functional shoe (can go with many styles), it is the most uncomfortable shoe I have ever owned. I often have to shuffle my weight on my toes so I'm not in pain. Definitely not good to walk in. And I sound like a chick when I'm walking because of the friggen heels clicking, you know. They advertise these shoes with the gel inserts (must be comfortable!), but I have a new theory that if they need these gel things they are not comfortable. Not only that, the gels started leaking and ripping out and I had to remove them completely from the shoes. They're actually more comfortable now. So why do I still wear these shoes, you ask? Well, I am very picky about how my shoes look and I haven't found replacements. Picking style over comfort, maybe I am a chick.

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
