I was invited unexpectedly to go to China to give a paper at the 12th Chinese Congress on Psychology. This was my first trip to China, but I knew I would be doing a lot of walking so I went to a local store for their recommendations. The clerk recommended Ecco shoes, but did not have anything in stock for my size & the style I wanted. I did not have two weeks to wait, either. So, I ordered two pair of Ecco shoes rush delivery. I liked these and returned the other pair. These shoes were comfortable from the start and served well on the long flights and many miles of walking on many kinds of surfaces in the Middle Kingdom.

These are great shoes! True to size, but had a several week break-in period. I was recently in New York City and walked quite a bit and the shoes were a dream to walk in. Great styling with jeans. I\'ll get another pair in another color.
