The boot fit well enough, but within 2 months of receiving them, the upper and lining of the right boot has disconnected from the sole several inches around the ball of the foot. The hole is big enough that my foot is exposed to moisture. Very dissatisfied.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
