Buckle Issues - These are beautiful shoes but the buckle is not big enough for the strap. The satin will be shredded after just a few wears because the strap has to be forced through. At this price point, that type of quality defect is absurd.

	Team Zappos, I ordered my shoes yesterday and was delighted to see that the shipping was upgraded free of charge. A very nice touch. However, I was astounded when I found the shoes at my front door this afternoon. How did you pull that off? No one is this fast… no one. Is there a flying caped Zappos team member drinking espresso shots all night moving shoes about the country?! WOW WOW WOW!!! TEAM ZAPPOS – YOU’VE JUST EARNED A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE. The only name in my book and blasted all over my face book and twitter is ZAPPOS because I ordered my shoes and ZAP, they were at my door. ABSOLUTELY ASTOUNDING OVER THE TOP, I’M DANCING AROUND IN MY NEW SHOES! Thank you, thank you, thank you for doing what you do. Bernie “Zappos for life."
