Buckle Issues -
These are beautiful shoes but the buckle is not big enough for the strap. The satin will be shredded after just a few wears because the strap has to be forced through. At this price point, that type of quality defect is absurd.

 |  | I just want to say that both my daughter's family and I think you are wonderful, and have been loyal customers for some years now. It all started when she kept getting such personal, caring service from you that stood out from normal online interchanges, and so even though there are competitors she could go to, she stays with you as do I. From our end, it feels like you are one huge caring entity of human beings, quite a contrast to another online retailer, for instance, which seems like a huge robotic entity.
