This is a gorgeous boot and one of my best Zappos purchases, considering the sale price. Love everything about it, the leather, the height, the heel, the comfort. I am so happy with this one. Thanks, Zappos!

Beautiful boot, but....
This is an absolutely stunning boot, but the unique heel shape made it very difficult for me to walk in. I had purchased it because it looked like a high-heel, but was really only 2 1/2 inches. Unfortunately, it's more difficult to walk in than a higher heel might have been. Since I need something for work, these are going back. :( Thanks for the great return service, Zappos!

I received an email that my order was upgraded to priority shipping for no other reason than to say “Thanks for the business.” These are the kinds of things that totally win over customers, getting something extra when all you expect is the normal.
