This shoes are very comfortable and I own them in black and navy. They are almost weightless and the plastic sole is good for any kind of floor (wet, rocky, or slippery). I guess they run big, because I'm usually a size eight in Donald J. Pliner shoes and the seven and a half fit perfectly.

I bought the black patent and they are a combination of fabric and patent with a firm foam heel that is a perfect height and very comfortable out of the box. I have the narrow and found it to be true to size but a bit narrow for me, however broke them in quickly. The bottom is a good shock absorber which makes this a good shoe for all day. It is really cute, too! I liked it so much, I bought in a gold/brown combination. DJP shoes always fit well, last and are stylish, so worth the cost.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
