Nice comfortable shoes. I bought these shoes when I needed a pair of black flats that had a good rubber sole, and these fit the bill. I don't usually like mary janes, but these are in between mary janes and a pump and look very nice on. I bought them in black patent leather, which I wasn't sure about, but they've come to work very well especially differentiating from all my other black shoes! They are also true to size (I wear an 8.5 flat, and these are 8.5).

The wide was not very wide for my very wide feet. Toe cleavage. Otherwise I think they would have been comfortable. The matte leather was very cute, but the patent leather pair were very crinkly. Not my cup of tea.

I\'m not usually a fan of flats, but these are really cute, and the fit and comfort are great. They run true to size and width. The heel felt a little off-center at first, and the toe kind of curls upward a bit (like elf shoes?), but that may just be my perception from years of wearing only pointy-toed high heels. The patent leather has a little bit of a crinkled texture which gives them a more modern look (instead of looking like what a 5-year-old would wear to church). The lining of the shoe is very soft and cushiony, like wearing slippers.

This shoe was very comfortable right out of the box and seems to be well made. After purchasing it I started wearing an orthotic which lifts your foot up in the shoe. This shoe doesn't have ample coverage for an orthotic.

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
