Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked
Baby Phat Toddler Boots -
These boots are very cute but the quality is not great. The very first time I put them on my daughter, the zipper ornament fell off. They are difficult to get on and don't seem to be very well made. For the price I would expect better quality. I'll be surprised if they hold up through the winter. Also, they're not true to size. My daughter is a 7 & I had to send back the 7s & get 8s, which just barely fit. As always, though, it's a great experience to shop with Zappos.

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
