I didn't expect that I'd be given a special priority since this is only my second time purchasing a product (kids shoes) from your company. I was so surprised when an e-mail was sent to me informing me about the said upgrade. Now my son will be able to use his "brand new shoes" earlier than expected. Thank you again!
