Great looking gladiator sandal!
Pros: This is one of the best looking gladiator sandals I've found. I got a 38 & wasn't sure it would be the right size (I wear a 7.5), but when it came, it had 7.5 stamped on the sole & it was perfect. No sole slippage at all. Pretty comfortable - I wore them around the house for half a day and forgot about them. Cons: The straps go through soft suede loops that don't seem very durable & they may need replacement in the future. They're also kind of a pain to put on because of that. It took several minutes to buckle them - and I don't have problems with my hands or fingers. Fit isn't quite uniform. They feel slightly big around the sides but not across the toes or heels; people with wide feet might like them for this reason (mine are average). No punchouts on the straps so you just buckle it wherever you can push it through the braided leather strap, and there's no matching it to the other shoe. Sometimes I had to do it more than once to get the fit right.

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
