I have to admit, the first time I saw this watch I thought this is way too BIG! Now, it is a conversation starter wherever I go. I love my Vestal! I can NEVER go back to wearing a regular size watch...I'm hooked.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
