Great Looking Shoe -
I ordered a 7 EE. Too short and to narrow. Width is probably a D or an E. Definitely not an EE. The 7 1/2 was too long for the size and to narrow. Definitely not an EE. Another case of a D or an E. Unfortunately, back they go. Very well made shoe. Attractive on the foot. Doesn't look clunky at all. Will definitely "NOT" accept orthotics. Thanks Zappos...You rock...!!

I have never paid for other than standard (read slow boat) shipping, and have also never failed to receive your deliveries the next day. I can order Sunday online at night, and the shoes will be there Monday before dinner, it’s astounding. All other companies should take their cue from you guys.
