Comfortable. I found these comfortable out of the box! A major feat (no pun intended). They are a tad frumpy, but happy feet!

I simply love this shoe! Finally a shoe that accommodates both my wide with and high instep! No more numb toes from having the circulation cut off mid-arch! This shoe is very roomy.

These shoes are very comfortable. I have wide feet, and it's hard to find a shoe that fits well. These are nice for dress/casual. Quality shoe- leather, nice heel height.

I'm impressed! Few companies care about customer service anymore because they seem to believe they have American consumers "over a barrel." Why provide good customer service when they don't have to? At least goes the thinking. I deplore talking to "Customer Service" representatives in overseas. I don't understand them and they don't understand me. And they don't solve problems, they just read from printed cue cards. So...THANK YOU for caring about customer service. It DOES matter to me, it DOES matter to the American public. Next time I need shoes, you'll be the first place I shop.
