These were awful. Totally cute looking, but they have a plastic shank in the sole that makes it completely inflexible. The soles don't bend at all which is so important for proper foot development. Very disappointing & are going right back.

My son uses these slippers for school. We had looked everywhere for these slippers and found them on-line at your store. Delivery was a bit slower but we are very happy with the product to be used in his school setting when children are not wearing shoes. The slippers are not so comfy to be worn just at home, but they are useful if activity will include going outside, since they have outdoor soles.

I ordered these for my son. He is turning 2 soon and the air is getting cold, so slippers it is. These are great looking slippers and I can even get his fat foot into them. His foot is rather tall and he has a hard time fitting into shoes if they don't have a large opening. I think they will serve their purpose nicely if he ever decides he's going to wear them for more than 2 minutes. The only thing I dislike about them is the sole is a bit stiff. I'm not sure if he cares, but it is something to note.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
